Step 1
Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions, then mix in a mixture of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined.
Step 2
Place a nori seaweed sheet on a bamboo sushi mat, and spread a thin layer of sushi rice on top.
Step 3
Lay thin slices of avocado and cucumber on top of the rice, then add a layer of imitation crab meat.
Step 4
Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat, then slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
Step 5
Top each piece with a slice of dragon fruit.
Step 6
Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce together, and drizzle over the sushi pieces.
