Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the sliced portobello mushrooms and thyme to the skillet. Sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.

Pour in the vegetable broth and heavy cream. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

Stir in the cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy mushroom sauce.
Step 7
Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan cheese and fresh thyme if desired.
