Step 1
Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes until the chicken is coated with the sauce.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
