Step 1
Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and minced garlic. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.

Lower the heat and add the heavy cream and butter to the skillet. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
