Rinse the Choy Sum thoroughly under cold water and cut off the ends.

Peel and mince the garlic.

Place the Choy Sum in a steaming basket and sprinkle minced garlic on top.

Bring water to boil in a pot, then place the steaming basket over the pot and cover.
Step 5
Steam for 5-7 minutes or until the Choy Sum is bright green and tender.
Step 6
Remove from steam and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, then sprinkle with salt to taste.
