Why it suits you: Sensitive types often get sniffly or have touchy digestion as the seasons change, and White Dew brings big swings between day and night. Corn, millet and red dates are low-allergen, gentle and easy to digest, supporting the spleen and lungs.

The TCM view
Sweet corn is sweet and neutral and settles the middle; millet is sweet, salty and slightly cool and strengthens the spleen and stomach; red dates are sweet and warm and build qi and blood. All mild in nature, they support digestion and, through it, defensive qi — plain, simple and non-irritating.
